Kevin D. Holden is a principal in the Richmond, Virginia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has more than 25 years of experience representing management and defending against individual and class claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and frequently litigates claims brought against employers under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Kevin regularly defends the enforceability of non-compete agreements, claims for unpaid wages, and various other workplace torts.
