Union Not Liable for "Threats" Against Employees Made on Facebook

Our Labor colleagues reported on an interesting decision in the context of the National Labor Relations Act and involving Facebook. The decision holds that threats made by union members on Facebook are not treated the same as threats made by those same union members who happened to be on a picket line or in person.
